    A beautiful space for cocktail hour or dinner by candlelight. The priceless framed views of the open water, the iconic Portland Headlight, and the perfect pastel sunset over Portland set this space apart from any other venue in Maine.

  • The Dock

    Whether for dinner, cocktails, a lobster bake, or dancing, our 1500 sq foot dock is a beautiful waterfront option for gathering with a view of Fort Gorges, Portland, and Falmouth Foreside.

  • The Community Tent

    This 40’ diameter tent is a great place to get out of the hot sun or warm summer rain. This is where you go when you’re gathering to cook and eat a meal in our outdoor kitchen or simply want to pass your time playing cards and resting.

  • The Overlook Deck

    On a clear day, you can see four famous Casco Bay lighthouses from this 500 sq ft deck. It’s a photogenic spot for anything from a micro wedding ceremony, to a casual dessert with your friends and family, to watching the sunset in a comfy Adirondack chair.

  • The Parade Ground

    Gather with your guests in the central lawn space, a perfect place to enjoy an open-air cocktail hour, and to end the evening around the crackling campfire.

  • The Beaches

    Whether you’re looking for a perfect picnic spot, a swim in the ocean, or a hunting ground for sea glass of all colors, each of our beaches has a different flavor of rest or adventure for everyone’s tastes.

    Our three well-appointed yurts and four tent cabins, with a total of seven queen beds and nine twins, sleep up to 23 people comfortably. We also offer additional pitch-your-own tent sites for island takeovers.

The Details

  • Pricing

    Our prices vary depending on the day of the week and scope of the event, starting from $3,000 for non-overnight events and $5,000/night for overnight takeovers. For base pricing and availability for a specific date, please email our team. To discuss hourly rental pricing for a shorter excursion to the island, please contact us directly.

  • Getting Here

    Just a 10-minute boat ride from Downtown Portland, the island is easy to get to, but hard to leave. For most events and island takeovers, transportation is to be booked through one of our local partners, allowing for a customizable charter schedule to fit your event ‘s unique timeline.

  • The Accommodations

    We offer three well-appointed yurts and four tent cabins, boasting a total of seven queen beds and nine twins, comfortably sleeping up to 23 people. For those seeking a true Maine Island camping experience, we also offer up to ten additional pitch-your-own tent sites, expanding overnight capacity up to 50 guests.
